Cornelia Atwood Pratt (1865–1929)

Cornelia Atwood Pratt was the pen name of Cornelia Atwood Comer, a short story writer, novelist and poet. Her books included the novels A Book of Martyrs (1896) and The Daughter of a Stoic (1896); and a short story collection, The Preliminaries (1912). She was the co-author with Richard Slee of the science fiction novel Dr. Berkeley's Discovery (1899), in which the title character solves a mystery with his memory-cell-reading device.
