Not quite what I expected; More combat records, less [design] history. That said it is well written, has many pictures and I'm sure that if you had to build a P-61 Black Widow book collection this would be a 'mandatory'

A very short read.
Pros: High quality photographs.
Cons: For the June 8, 1966 accident, the photos are very good, but a schematic or drawing of some sort is needed to show the nature of the F-104 impact.
