This migraine book is older and some of the medication information is out of date, but the diet information regarding trigger management is some of the best out there! Definitely recommended!

I picked up this book after suffering from a 3-month-long headache. I figured I didn't have anything to lose at that point. I followed the advice in the book and became pain-free for the first time in months. I've since slacked off in the dietary recommendations, but at least I now know the basics and can go back if I need to.

This book has helped me get control of my migrane headaches.
I was in a medication overuse cycle, it helped me break the cycle, explore triggers more thoroughly, and get my life back.
It may not work for everyone since migraine headaches have a myriad of causes, but now I know what foods and additatives to avoid.
