This is a book and dvd set in which Gary Bromley leads you in a yoga class. The class is both energizing and relaxing, allowing you to attain flexibility and fitness, as well as reducing stress. The book describes in a little more detail the positions that you do in the class as well as states the benefits associated with each position. I find this to be a very enjoyable yoga class to participate in. I get a nice stretch, and yet it is not too difficult to perform. It's a great workout for beginners.… (plus d'informations)
