Gerald W. Brock

As someone with no economics, regulatory, or government background, I'd be lying if I said I understood more than half of this book, but I'm quite happy with the 40% or so that did not fly right over my head. Brock does a great job of following the history of telecommunications regulation step by step, and the politics are easy to follow even when the regulations and court orders those politics are concerning are not.
