Philip Brady is Distinguished Professor of English at Youngstown State University and the executive director of Etruscan Press. He is the author, most recently, of To Banquet with the Ethiopians: A Memoir of Life before the Alphabet and By Heart: Reflections of a Rust Belt Bard.

Using Type Right: 121 Basic No-Nonsense Rules for… par Philip Brady
An interesting read but much of the advice is now redundant in the digital age. For example, it is now much easier to experiment with how a particular block of text looks when set with various fonts, leading and kerning, so style reference books are much less essential. I would love to see an updated edition.
