I really enjoyed this book. It’s raw and funny, harrowing yet sensible and full of practical information for anyone who suffers anxiety or depression. A great debut novel by singer and musician (and actress, she was in Offspring) Clare Bowditch. For anyone who thinks they will never overcome mental illness, this book is well worth a read.

Honest, brave and inspirational - Claire Bowditch’s heartwarming memoir covers so many issues: body image, eating disorders, anxiety, depression. I listened to the excellent audio version in which Bowditch’s personality really shines through. By sharing her own struggles, she has given a wonderful gift that I’m sure could help so many people.
