The story is only slightly better than the terrible art. The protagonist is a sexist douchebag with a deep, deep down, heart of gold. At least half the book is him fatshaming other characters and lusting after/objectifying all of the women. Oh, but he really has deep psychological reasons for why he's an asshole to some of the cast. He's still an asshole. And watching a guy be an asshole, randomly get powers and interest for no apparent reason... is not an entertaining read. Also the art is pretty bad. It's not the worst comic art around, but it's pretty bad. Also, all the twists are really... anti-climactic? But, you know. Mangst?

Neat idea - which it loses points for when it points out that it's not a new idea and then fails to like... improve on that concept until sort of halfway through volume 2. Terrible execution.… (plus d'informations)
