Of my many Italian cookbooks, this is my favorite. The authors studied with a famous Milanese cook, went on to open a cooking school in Rome, and searched for the prized family recipes of Italian cooks. The recipes are elegant but not fussy, based on the seasons and fresh produce, If you are a fan of Marcella Hazan and lynne Rosetto Kasper, you should add this book to your library.
