Joy Bauer was born in 1963. She is a nutritionist, author, and founder of Joy Bauer Nutrition Centers. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiological Sciences and a Master's in nutrition from New York University. She can be seen on the Today afficher plus show as their health expert and is a contributing editor for Parade and Woman's Day magazine. There are recipes from Chicken Parmesan to Key Lime Pie.
This book is very useful if you need to eat healthier but don't want to give up on comfort food. Each recipe gives the calories for the food we are used to eating and then the lower calorie equivalent.
I may have to get the hard copy of this book so I don't make my Kindle too messy while preparing the meals.
