This would have to the most judgemental book I've read in awhile. The word slut got bandied around an awful lot. I liked Sarah, but she wasn't in it enough and her parents just up and leave her are you freaking kidding me? I liked Nellie but not enough - and the best part of the entire book was her boys - being all hackerly and tech savvy. I didn't like the rest of the characters. The mystery was pretty convoluted and I kept reading only because I'd started and I hate not finishing books, but I honestly just didn't care.… (plus d'informations)

This is a two in one on Kindle. CREAMED AT THE COFFEE CABANA - This was your average mystery book, the "twist" was really surprising because there wasn't really any foreshadowing to lead you to think that that might be the killer. I'm only just getting into this genre but I don't think that's supposed to happen. A FROZEN SCOOP OF MURDER ended the same a super surprise killer that was never foreshadowed or anything. This was my first time reading from the Old School Diner Series. I want to read more. It was a quick but fun mystery that was all about Christmas. I loved it. I enjoyed the setting and liked the characters. There is a recipe include at the end. If you are looking for something light but Christmassy try this one.
