I decided to read this book because I suffer from depression and I’m not recovered yet. I’ve read many self-help books but none really helped. I don’t see this one as a self-help book but more as one that explains how depression feels like. It’s good for people who have never been in contact with depression themselves but know someone with it and want to understand it. The book was interesting, and I would recommend it to people who want to know more about depression. Unlike some other people I can’t say that this book helped me, but I can relate to it. It took me a month to finish it as some parts were just boring but I am glad I finished it after all.… (plus d'informations)
