Readers get an insight into Kaitlyn's - later Kait - imperfect life and how she bounces back by embracing change and meeting a new man. The story is dialogue-heavy, putting humour in their interaction, and Kaitlyn's mood switches very quickly from calm to emotional. The writing is young, but the readers are adults as the content gets mature. A soft chicklit.

You ignite something in me… you drive me crazy… I hate you one minute… but can’t stop thinking about you the next.
This quote basically sums up this whole book to a T. Leo is an Italian who works in the family printing business and assumes he is next in line for CEO. His dad however has other plans which in involve selling the company to the Kane family with Kane's daughter, Rae, responsible for sealing the deal. Both Leo and Rae soon discover they are in for more than they bargained for!
This novel is quirky and fun. I loved that it was told from a male POV because I don't feel like I've seen enough romances written that way! This book is a quick read and you will find yourself laughing often. Or completely traumatized by the peanut butter reference (if you know... you know and if you don't go read it to find out). I enjoyed this book because it wasn't just a romantic comedy it was about family and finding your place in it. It also highlighted the importance of the family that you choose to create! If you are looking for a lighthearted romance with lots of Italian references check this one out.
