THE ETERNAL’S TRIUMPH continues the journey of our favorite characters from book one, trying to collect the remaining power stones and defeat the dark lord. I enjoyed a subplot in this book that focused on freeing those held in slavery and sexual captivity. We had some great characters. I loved Lily and Arinthal. Nyana was another great character! I really love Ashton’s world building. The world is intricately crafted with dragons, demons, orcs and elves. The succubus was a great touch! The descriptions of each setting are just so well done and I thought the narrative flowed smoothly. I especially loved the dragons and the dragon riders. Zara may be a baddie, but she was just so fierce! I loved her! The only character I didn’t really care for was Lirien. The focus is on finding the last few stones in this book. Will our heroes succeed? I look forward to book 3. 5/5 stars.… (plus d'informations)
