Short book, I didn't learn anything new about emotions but it was a nice little refresher. The book is the tip of the iceberg and reads more like an introduction to the subject. It'd be better aimed at younger audience the text is plain and easy to understand. There was lots of information the could have and should have made into the book; also half sounded more like opinion than fact. I didn't like the writing style and the book needs editing. I like its intent though.

This book really got to me. I received it on a PDF file which I personally dam a paper back book there's nothing like flipping the page for the next excitement but some PDF files are meant to read this is one of them it truly lets you understand human emotions why we cry why we laugh etc etc it lets you explore into the author mind to understanding the book itself it's not a long book at all which I believe it could of been it was just a eye opener into knowing what really is real

I enjoyed reading this short eBook. I was able to understand some of the complex factors that are involved with emotions. This information is a great starting place that has wet my minds appetite for more information about emotions.

A very short book, but not bad. I do feel like the author could have pushed it more. I really enjoyed the short bursts that looked at how the body reacted to these emotions. I would have liked to see the author look more in depth on how to handle the emotions physically.

Overall, I feel this is a good start, but there is a whole iceberg worth of input that can be put in.
