Arndt's description of the way that sex dies in longterm relationships is a compelling & recognisable one for me. I found that it offered me many, many insights into my own behaviour, and also a way of addressing a sex-starved marriage - 'just do it'. Easier said than done, maybe, and at first my feminist hackles raised. But this book is not about surrendered wives; it is about partners being kind to each other, and reaping the rewards. My only criticism is that the book got a bit repetitive after a while - I felt that 40,000 words had been stretched to 60,000 for the sake of publication length.… (plus d'informations)
