The message that the stories you tell yourself affect how you interact with the world is nothing new. What I like is the simple framework he uses which enables you to identify and then change the stories. I am not fond of parable books where writing in this way seems like an afterthought. It was a gift from a good friend.
That was a bit ago. Now, for my birthday, I decided I had gifts I had not embraced... and thus I picked up the book and immediately got a new viewpoint. Life changes in the viewing of a "V" of geese, or a paragraph. This book... is true to a path of being in the right, but more importantly being in a team that is correctly on a great path. You can be independent. You can be blessed with great new views - try this book.
You can read it straight through or you can open it up for a perspective one paragraph refresher.
