Juicy read. Tera Patrick gives readers a voyeuristic look inside her porn star/producer life. She's honest with her faults and failures but also keeps a confident and self-affirming tone in retelling her life-story. ( )

Linda Ann Hopkins aka Tera Patrick is no doubt a very beautiful woman and as far as porn stars go she is very succesful. I didn't really know what to expect with this memoir since I was not very familiar with her. However, from reading some other memoirs of porn stars she follows the typical route of an unhappy childhood and broken home as the impetus to move into porn. The book is some what interesting but not earth shattering. She is honest about her mistakes in life which seem to be many. A good part of this book is about her marriage to her prince charming Evan and his eventual entrance into the world of porn. If you know anything about Tera then the ending of the book is no surprise but for me it was really shocking. Read the book and you will know what I mean. Not a bad book but no Pulitzer. ( )
