I have read a few more of Katie Fforde's books (The Rose Revived, Wild Designs, Flora's Lot). She writes with charm and a good heaping of humour. Her storylines are simple and conflict between the characters is usually done with buoyant dialogue. I find some of her books a bit too short though!
