It all began on a fateful March day years ago. My first visit to the Caribbean was with my wife to be. Since that momentous first taste of the islands, I have been hooked. My love affair with the Caribbean had begun. In the intervening years I have criss-crossed these islands by sea and sky. I have found paradise on many, many different islands. During my journeying in the West Indies I have met great and hospitable people, soaked up the sunshine, swum in the endless Caribbean Sea and been a part of many local celebrations.On the pages of this book are photographs of some of the exceptional places in the Caribbean which I have found and now wish to share with you. Donald Nausman is an inveterate traveller, having photographed in more than 60 countries in North and South America, Asia, Europe and Africa. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
