Kluun the writer of the book has a remarkably original writing style. That is the reason why you want to finish the book the same evening. The writing style of Kluun has made me very emotional. Sometimes i was so angry at one of the main characters of the book named Stijn. How can you cheat on your wife while she lies sick in herbed? Later I got tremendously sorry for him as he embraced his mother and wishes that he wished it was all over. Stijn is a huge selfish bastard but his heart in the right place. What I really like are the lyrics that the writer has written above each chapter. It gives the book an extra emotional charge. The unwritten feelings you can hear them in the lyrics of the song. Er komt een vrouw bij de dokter is for the biggest parts an autobiographical book. . If you have read the book you want to know how it goes further in the lives of Stijn and his daughter. Thank god this book has a sequel, named 'De Weduwnaar' Est contenu dansPrix et récompenses
