As far as urban lit goes, this one is really tame! Bunkley knows how to tell a story the old fashioned way, without the graphic sex, violence, and gangster and ho stereotypes that plague most urban fiction novels. It could use some finishing touches, but it has a good plot and decent character development. ( )
