It was heartwarming to know that Thibodeaux had a lasting personal relationship with Desi, Lucy, and their children Desi Jr. and Lucie. Thibodeaux is very honest about telling his story--very transparent about his feelings and experiences. One would despair in reading his story if it did not have the very happy ending that God truly redeemed his life; however, I am still left feeling sad for what Thibodeaux suffered for the first 25 years of his life.
For any Lucy fan, this is a must read because you will learn much about the behind the scenes of the show and the Arnaz family.
Personal note: I bought this book directly from Keith Thibodeaux at one of Ballet Magnificat!'s shows and had him autograph it. I highly recommend their ballet. (
