Well, read this intriguing and interesting book The Gold Shaper: Book Two of the Goldfinder Series by Philip Atlas Clausen

What I like:
1. The story setting dating back into the 17th Century is very interesting
2. The happiness along with nervousness when the characters in the story discover lots of Gold
3. The interlacing of several subplots is wonderfully written
4. Myths, stories, and signs are very well narrated with thorough research.

What I didn’t like:
This is the second book of the series and once I was able to get inside the story, it was a smooth read. Apart from this, I have found no points to dislike.

Characters:
Every character in the story is plotted very well with interesting narration and characterizations.

Narration:
The narration of the story is engaging and interesting. As the story is set up in the rustic times of Western civilization, I find the story very new and different.

Language & Grammar:
Flawless language and good grammar are found in the story.

My Final Verdict:
A very interesting book with twists and turns which makes the reader complete the book at one go.
