This would be a great book for kindergarten to early elementary students, especially those who love animals. This would also be a great book to have "in the basket" for students to read in their own free time. This is a great book for beginner readers. There are a lot of images that show the actions of the words, literary devices, and facts about the animals in the book. Readers will learn about the animals and see how they live. There also is a section at the end that gives more fun facts and information about the animals if students want to learn more!
