While this certainly wasn't the most well-written thing I've read this year, it definitely held my attention. It could have used some more proofreading and there were a few inconsistencies, but it was so flippin' cute that I didn't really care. ( ) 4.5 stars Imagine my glee when two of my favorite (and go-to ) romcom authors were writing a book together, It is a Festivus miracle in my world. I was right to be excited as these two do an exceptionable job in creating a romantic comedy that was perfect. This two seamlessly blended their writing style and it was next to impossible to know who wrote what part, They actually became one voice. Peyton and Rome. Their emails back and forth cracked me up and helped create the build-up before taking their relationship to the next level. I loved the banter between these two and loved watching it unfold. Also, side note, that "grand-gesture" PHENOMENAL and great play on words. I was left with a few questions towards the end that I wanted to be answered but it did not detract from the story. Loved seeing what is coming next for the two of these fantastic authors. Ney and Quinn have created the perfect guilty pleasure read. Love Sincerely Yours is a smart look at what could be a dumb decision. Peyton and Rome are my favorite mistake. A relationship that shouldn't work, but so obviously does. Blame it on the alcohol or the sizzling attraction, but I laughed more than I ever thought possible and enjoyed every minute of it. Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author...I loved this book! I loved Peyton and liked how even though at first it was described that she was, hmm how do I put this, not shy but not as confident as she ended up being. I loved how she was attracted to Rome even though it wasn't popular admission, her friends thought she was nuts since he is such an ass. I had really enjoyed her with her friends especially Gen but I was a little bummed out that she didn't have more action in the book as Hunter had. And yes I understand it wasn't her book but still, anyway back to book I really enjoyed and can't wait to read the next book, another thing that bugged me and I am still hoping we find out in the next book was who was the leak, who was the one giving info to the competitor my thoughts is that it was Sasha the newbie the one that replaced Peyton's job and I think because she was jealous..Anyway grab a copy and Enjoy! aucune critique | ajouter une critique
Dear Mister.... no, too formal. Hey there sweet cheeks... no, too forward. *Clears throat* To whom it may concern, Full disclosure; before we move forward with this email, I would like it to be known that I have consumed an adequate amount of alcoholic beverages to intoxicate myself tonight. Three margaritas, two shots, and one beer--because it was free. I think it's important to be open and honest with your co-workers, don't you? So here I am, being open and honest. Drunk but honest. Or just drunk with lust? You decide. I have a hopeless, foolish, schoolgirl crush on you when you are the last person on earth I should be falling for. Did you know people around the office call you a sadist? An egomaniac. An insensitive, arrogant prick. But what they don't know is your bark is worse than your bite. And that bite doesn't scare me. The fact is, I'd love that bite of yours to nip at my bare skin while we're both wearing nothing but sheets. For once I want you to look at me as more than one of your employees. And as long as we're being honest, that navy blue suit you wear? With the crisp white shirt? It really makes me want to loosen your tie and show you exactly who's boss. Love, Sincerely, Yours.
