Embraced at Seaside might be the hottest Seaside book yet! Anyone who regularly reads my reviews knows I love Melissa Foster/Addison Cole, but I have to say she really outdid herself this time. You can feel the tension from go with Hunter and Jana. Not just between each other but also within themselves. If you're ready for hot but clean romance, then this is one you won't want to pass you by!!!

Addison Cole tackles some of realities most emotional moments with her own brand of sweetness and common sense. Embraced at Seaside takes aim at conquering fears. Jana looks like she has control of her life, but is unwilling to let her emotions get in the way of real life. Hunter has just right blend of teddy bear and bulldozer to knock her off her game, but can he force her to make room for him in her heart? The words I know by heart, but Mitchell and Arden took me beyond the words and into the feelings that pack an even more powerful punch. ( )

We are back in Seaside! And I'm am so happy! but I think that this story is a little different, and instead of just being about finding your partner, it is also about being more comfortable with your adulthood.

Jana Garner’s life is crazy busy with running the dance school while her boss is out of town, She is training with her brother for an exhibition fight, working at the Underground for her other brother and getting her orgasms and sunsets from Hunter Lacroux, which includes her sneaking out every time before he wakes! But something is missing and every time Jana wants to go for something she gets scared, so it's just better to leave things as they are…right?

Hunter Lacroux wants more than just friends with benefits relationship with Jana, but how can he get her to realize that? By helping her to forfeit her dreams, but it always feels like he takes two steps forward and 10 leaps back. Will under be able to get Jana to see that their future and relationship could be everything they want and that he could help him on the road to her freedom, or will Jana subconsciously sabotage their future?

I loved Embraced at Seaside blew me away! It was simple, it was beautiful and heartwarming. I loved the main characters, Hunter and Jana, I empathized with both of their relationship struggles and have past mistakes flash in front of your eyes every time you are scared to make a decision or take a step towards your future. I loved the way Melissa tied in all of the past characters into the book especially Theresa, Bella and the pranks. As normal, the writing and plot are simply divine and totally more-ish!

I had a good time with this audiobook. This was a nice quick romance that really grabbed me from the very start. I really didn't want to stop listening and couldn't wait to see Jana and Hunter figure things out. This is the eighth book in the Sweet with Heat: Seaside Summers series but it read absolutely fine as a stand alone. Addison Cole's books are the sweet with heat versions of some of Melissa Foster's books. This book is the sweeter version of Seaside Embrace and I found that there were still quite a few steamy scenes to keep things interesting. I am glad that I decided to give this book a try.

This book starts with a bang! At the start of this book we find Jana and Hunter in a morning after situation. They have hooked up a few times but Jana is in a hurry to get out the door. Jana is a very busy woman. She works as a dance instructor, waitress, and trains as a boxer. Hunter is an artist and makes metal sculptures. Neither Hunter or Jana do relationships.

Hunter decides that he wants something more from Jana and makes an effort to be romantic. It was fun watching Jana try to figure out what was going on while Hunter was trying to determine his next move. These two really had a lot of chemistry and seemed perfect for each other. Their personalities meshed almost perfectly. Hunter was so patient with Jana as she worked through some of her issues.

Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell did a great job with the audio. I really liked the fact that this book used dual narrators to tell the story since I think that works best with dual point of view stories. I think that both of the narrators did a great job with the voices of a somewhat large cast of characters and brought a lot of emotion to the story. I wouldn't hesitate to listen to either of these narrators again in the future.

I would recommend this book to fans of contemporary romance. This was a great romance between two characters that I couldn't wait to watch find their happily ever after with each other. I found this book to have plenty of heat along with some scenes that melted my heart. I cannot wait to read more of Addison Cole's work in the future.
