What a great read! So suspenseful and filled to the brim with that niggling fear that something is behind you, this book keeps you on your toes, wondering what is going to happen to the main character, and when!

I loved that it took something, the scarecrow, that we see everyday and turned it to evil. We all know scarecrows have that menacing, slightly dead and evil look to them anyhow, and imaging they they actually become the reason for your nightmares, in a way that cannot be escaped is spine-tingling.

I loved the pace and level of detail, in this book, as I found it really took the time to build the suspense and create something for you to look out for, waiting for the moment it strikes, like a scary film where you know something sinister is about to pop up, yet you still jump when it happens. This books really brings to life fear, excitement and anticipation, as a reader.

Overall a great read and one I definitely suggest thriller/horror lovers dive right into! ( )
