I struggle with depression and anxiety, and am very familiar with mindfulness techniques. However, I struggle with incorporating those into my parenting life. I have been looking for a book like this for years! This book was a great way to bridge the gap between the two worlds that make up my life. Obviously it's going to take a lot of work before I am a master, but this book really had great new ways to look at parenting.
I borrowed this book from the library and read the parts that applied the most. I need to buy a copy of the book though, so I can have it on hand.
I have already recommended this book to a few friends!
