Aucun Actuellement, il n'y a pas de discussions au sujet de ce livre. This is a very cute little free read. The scene with the bear shifter and the alarm clock on a December morning is hilarious! But then as the story goes on I was sad to discover more of Pats background, and while I thought his want-ad a little strange, we all deal with loss in a different way and in the end? He was open-minded enough to let something ew and wonderful happen and that is all that counts. If you like bear shifters, and if you're looking for a quick, fun holiday read, give this one a try. I liked it a whole lot! aucune critique | ajouter une critique

Pat lost his mate about ten years ago and withdrew from the world and from managing his company. Every Christmas he’s put out an ad offering a large sum of money for someone to spend the day with him and impersonate his dead mate. No one has taken him up on it until Jacob, who desperately needs the money.
For a short story, this pulled me in surprisingly quickly. I enjoyed the book and wished it were longer than it was. It’s a super-fast read with a tentative possibility of more between Pat and Jacob. There were numerous missing words, which I don’t think should have happened in such a short story.
Overall, I enjoyed this despite it being too short. I give Mate Wanted for Christmas, 3 Stars
