The book is primarily a critique of Plato’s emaciated version of “good” which is a malformed version permeated through civilization . A version that represses the primordial nature of man , against life itself , which Nietzsche was first to point out . It however goes further in using Lacanian psychoanalysis to examine this distortion of morality and suggests an alternative . ( )
