Continues the series started in Collide-O-Scope, the in the Norfolk Coast mystery series. More with Gina, Kate, Sammy, Stella, and the boys (the other three male detectives).
This time (thankfully) Gina and Kate aren't personally involved in this book's case, mostly.
Instead, it's a sort of cold case that Kate gets assigned while Gina is trying to deal with the fallout of the father of Sammy getting arrested. A bunch of bones of a man are found in a cave that has been closed off for years.
Kate, Stella and the rest of the detectives are on the case. Did someone kill the man and how in the world did he get in the cave?
There was also quite a bit of Kate/Gina romance. As well as some very deep stuff and then the ending...
There was stuff that was left hanging at the ending. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. (
