Scruff the dog is known for his love of any kind of sausage. One day while he goes on his daily sniff of the butcher’s shop, he is horrified to find out that someone has stolen one hundred sausages and they think he is the culprit! Scruff must enlist the help of his canine friends and sniff out the thief before he is put behind bars. The story takes you through his search as he sniffs every place he can to find the missing sausages. He searches from the station, the concert hall and the market. I would recommend this for any collection owning the other book about Scruff called One Hundred Bones. It is a humorous story about a dog and how he uses his super sniffer to solve the crime. ( )
