I liked the story about sharing and friendship. My storytime kids did not like it because they thought it was too sad. ( )

The illustrations are really cute, very cartoony. This feels like a "message" book and it didn't quite land with me but it is adorable. I don't know why all the other snowmen are such jerks though, and I wonder what happens after the end of this book when our snowman rejoins the other snowmen? Will they still be jerks to him? ( )

A snowman that did not get any decorations when he was made was sad that he was not perfect. Three children come upon him and gave him everything that he wanted. He later makes a decision to give it all up for a friend in need. ( )
