A collection of Christmas-related short stories, anecdotes, commentary and poems. Most are in other of the author's books, but I didn't recall many of them, and didn't in the least mind re-reading those I did remember.

It made an excellent book to read a few pages of each morning during the busy pre-Christmas period. There's a mixture of low-key humour and depth; my favourite story was the true one about the family holiday in Cornwall which I must have read before, but had entirely forgotten.

Intended for a broadly Christian readership, for those who don't mind the author's sometimes unexpected or unusual interpretations or thoughts about the Biblical account of the Nativity.
