A very detailed and clinical analysis of tech services giant Wipro. It's transformation from a humble peanut oil vendor to tech industry heavyweight and all this due to the vision and perseverance of it's legendary yet humble and down to earth leader Azim Premji. A person who has and continues to lead by example.

What is really remarkable is this relentless quest for excellence through the adoption of game changing processes like Six Sigma, CMM, lean/Kaizen (the Toyota principle of continuous improvement), it's own home grown policies and frameworks line SMM, Veloci-Q.

Premji is a true visionary. It is because of him that makes India what it is on the Global stage. Please put this book at the top of your must read list.
