Old-style medical romance, with a few modern touches. A pleasant read, although at one point I did feel like I was being lectured on NHS failings. ( )

A doctor (who is only consulting at the hospital for the next few weeks) meets a nurse (who is going through a slump and has plans to go on vacation/holiday soon); they begin a friendship/fling already knowing that they have an end date.
