The Well-Armored Child is the best book written for parents about child sexual abuse. She makes a compelling case that parents have a huge role in keeping their child save from abuse and, best of all, does so in a warm, non-judgmental and highly informative manner. I really like that she is not shaming and has a healthy attitude about sexuality and bodies, in general. Her expertise is clear and her commitment to protect all children is easily evident. The guide is easy to read and well-written. I considered myself a well-informed parent yet I learned so much about how to apply my knowledge across different developmental stages with specific strategies. Thank you so much for this insightful, and empowering book.
