I was gifted a copy of Zoe York's contribution to this set and if her's is an indication of how exciting the rest will be, I'm all in! I definitely recommend this collection.

Fall Dark by Zoe York - 5 stars - Loved this newest addition to the SEAL's Undone series by Zoe York. Fresh out of the SEAL's, Vince Nash arrives on Camo Cay looking for a job. What he finds is the one woman he's never been able to forget, Larkin White. She's a bit...umm, angry though! This very entertaining read is the story of how Nash can win her back! Great characters and writing make this one you want to read! ( )

One Hot SEAL by Anne Marsh is a 2015 publication. I was provided a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Firefighters and SEALS! That's almost overload for me right there, but the fun doesn't stop there. Luke is also principled and respectful of women, especially bad girl Deelie Olson, a girl he had a brief fling with way back in high school.

After saving Deelie from a blazing inferno, Luke hopes to reconnect with her and show her that given half a chance, a long term relationship based on more than casual sex can be rewarding, and he wants to gives her something she never had much of before... respect.

Usually in romance novels it's the guy who is 'bad' or flawed , but in this case Deelie is the one with the less than stellar reputation. Her looks may have played a role is how people treat her, but Luke is out to show Deelie she is worthy of love which helps her deal with and face her underlying insecurities.

Luke is a fine example of what a romance novel hero should be. He's a hero in his work, is strong mentally and physically, but is not some blowhard, fire breathing cartoonish domineering alpha male. He's human with touching sensitivity and sets an honorable example for Deelie, who will thrive and blossom with Luke's love in her heart, and her new found ability to accept intimacy without fear.

This story is very short, and I always wish for more information and want the story more fleshed out, however, this one is well rounded and complete, with character growth and a satisfying HEA.
