But yet, it still wasn't what I was expecting. I read this book in one-shot. It was longer than the first two, but equally good. I really liked how Brooke didn't just jump right back in with Celia and Bentley working things out. The torture these two characters go through over the next couple of years is unique. As they move on with their lives, they still long for one another. I really enjoyed how their connection was rekindled. Nice and slow. It's disappointing when everything happens over night in a book. Not with this one. Brooke took her time with having these characters finding their way back to one another. The only thing that disappointed me in this one is story behind Celia's father. I was hoping for some real action there. I wanted some mobsters to chase her or something. I wanted more danger, I guess. Call me a masochist. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
