Having read Peter's first book, It's all too much, I knew that this book would probably be just as informative and I was correct. I found the link between obesity and clutter quite interesting. The topic on mindfulness gave me some insight on how we can unconsciously make choices. I particularly liked the analogy to a two year old child and when I find I want something that doesn't fit with the vision I have for better health I'm able to stop and take note that my mind is behaving like a two year having a tantrum. Very clear photos and description of the exercises that I am going to use. However, as I am in Australia, I didn't find the food/meal plan component of the book relevant as it is aimed at American's. All in all I would rate this book as a great read for anyone regardless of whether you do or don't have a clutter/obesity problem. There are helpful tips on improving your healthy life style while maintaining an organised, stress free home environment. aucune critique | ajouter une critique

Heree are some other suggestions: Have everyoe in the f amily pile every single book in your home on the floor of the living room and sort them. For every four you keep, you have to take one to the Goodwill or the used-book store. (Or more if you really want to weed out your collection!) After you box up the non-keepers and take them to your car, you'll have gotten serveral minutes of walking and lifting.
IF I were to do this, it would be much easier to clear out from each bookshelf section I have them in; studio, living room, office, loft, breakfast nook, bedroom. I have moved across country and gave up space in a moving truck for my books and leaving behind a beautiful dining room table and chairs. Enough said.
The book was interesting, borrowed from the library. ( )
