Chicken is one of my favorite dish and knowing different recipes surely adds up to my appetite not only for myself but also for my family. This recipe book is so perfect that it gave me many different variety of how to cook chicken and as it is so versatile you can leave it to cook and can go about your daily routine and after that presto your food is cooked and you can enjoy it. The recipes given looked so appetizing and the instructions are simplified and easy to follow instructions and surely I would love to try cooking one of the featured dish for our upcoming family reunion . I sure did learn a lot of different recipes on this book, surely an addition to my digital library. ( )

For those of you who want a simplified way of cooking, and mouth-watering recipes with intense flavor, this book will inspire you to try pressure-cooking.

More pictures would have enhanced this book, but that doesn’t alter my 5 star rating. This is truly the ultimate in pressure cooker books!
