Lovely story if you're in the mood for a totally possessive alpha male. This one wasn't quite as fun as some of her others but I really enjoyed it. Well written and the story moved right along. ( )

Mmmm... I don't know how to view this book. The storyline is good, but I just cannot quite believe the premise. But if you take it for fiction and don't want to split hairs, then it was quite good. I always enjoy books by Lynda Chance as she writes about men who really know what they want. Such a rare thing these days.... ( )

Read this in an attempt to reduce my "TBR List" and seeing as it had been there a while I wasn't sure what to expect.

I did enjoy the book but found that towards the end there was a bit of jumping around and abrupt ends, there is a lot of scenes that just appear and its misses a lot of good stuff that could have been elaborated on around Marco and Natalie's growing relationship. That said I enjoyed it and definitely don't regret reading it.

Marco is a brooding male who likes his own way, expects his own way and tbh has had his own way far too much. Natalie is a doormat who really could do with a shake and a good talking to.

Did I wish some of the scenes were more in depth yes, did it really hurt that they weren't no!

If you want a quick read with a hot guy Marco fits the mould! ( )

2.5 stars. This was an okay story... but it seems like maybe the author didn't know how to wrap it up so she just started skipping weeks and months at a time. It was anti-climactic. ( )
