****SPOILERS*** Saludeen is a black man in Philadelphia who is devoted to his 2-year-old daughter Brie. He struggles financially and has primary custody of Brie. He can't stand Brie's mother Minerva and doesn't want Brie growing up under too much of her influence. One morning he pops in a Teletubbies tape for Brie that his mother picked up at a yard sale. In the middle of the tape is video of the nation's hottest rapper, Snatch-Back and his entourage gang-raping a blonde. Saludeen isn't sure what to do with this. He takes up a suggestion by his best friend Kheli to blackmail Snatch-Back with the tape for $1 million. But Saludeen soon finds himself in too deep especially when Brie is kidnapped...and none other by Kheli who's betrayed him. A rather fractured mystery littered with Philadelphia urban slang.

I really enjoyed this book because it keeps you on the edge of your seat with all the twist and turns and drama. Can't judge the book by it's title. ( )
