This was probably one of the most simple and quick to read romances that I have read while not having much of a plot. For the one that starts off reading it there is definitely no way of mistaking where or how it is going to end but even for all that it was an entertaining read.

The characters had strong personalities, were realistic and sometimes just a bit unbelievable. The best part though is that we are just starting a series so it is most likely scratching the top of the iceberg.

The story finishes with a bang that will somehow lead to the second story while I am going to work on getting the other books as I want to see where the author takes this series. And I wish to know just what Queen Marissa keeps hiding besides all these secrets.
