I remember my parents singing me this and telling me this nursing rhyme all the time when I was a younger kid. This book brought back so many memories, I absolutely loved it! This book talks about how the goose can help make the little boy a pillow with all of his feathers (down), the brown cow is giving him milk, the bees are supplying him with honey, and the sheep is supplying him with wool. It is a very cute little poetry book for elementary students. I plan on teaching a young grade so I definitely plan on reading this in my class. It is such a fun book! I think this would be a good book when teaching poetry and rhyme. It is a poetic and rhyming book so we could use this book as examples for the students when teaching the lesson on poetry and rhyme. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
Through rhyming text, farm animals are asked if they have items needed to prepare for a snack and bedtime, such as wool for a blanket, down for a pillow, and milk to drink. Aucune description trouvée dans une bibliothèque |
