The most special gift wasn't under the Christmas tree—but it would require some careful unwrapping... When vulnerable nurse Fallon O'Gara returns to work, the town of White Elk welcomes her with open arms and Christmas cheer. But amidst the baubles and decorations is the man she'd hoped to avoid—her ex, Dr. James Galbraith. James has just discovered he's father to a troubled young son, and he needs Fallon's help. She is only too happy to lend a hand, but it's hard when she's hiding a heartbreaking secret. As the snow flutters down, Fallon finds safety in James's arms and begins to wonder if she is finally ready to become a mother and wife....… (plus d'informations)

What she had done! what she had done... that line started pissing me off.. halfway through the book, and honestly I couldn't understand her side of things!!

You were in an accident and you lost your baby after trying so hard to hold on... any man who didn't get that was a monster but the H would have, unfortunately the h was being a stubborn whiny b****! And I couldn't get over that!!

The fact that it took more than 70% of the book to tell him the truth made it stupid for me! It's one thing to build suspense but then to let it go on till the end of the book to resolve give me a break!!!

I try to say nice things buy things but this book was stupid! She was selfish AF! And I couldn't get over that... I know loss, but not this self indulgent kind... But alas happy ever after came ( )
