( ) If you're looking for a solid, easy to follow overview of what, why and how your library can make a successful foray into social media, this would be a good choice. Solomon does an excellent job of succinctly presenting information. She provides examples of successful (and not so successful) communication styles, rationales for jumping in, staying out, owning your identity, and how to tell if your presence is having the impact you want (assessment, people!). Not a tome, it reads quickly, offers good suggestions, and since she doesn't address specific steps for any one particular platform, won't get outdated quickly. aucune critique | ajouter une critique
