This little book published by the book of the Month Club and given to members as a bonus is a useful book for the novice book collector, but offers little new information for the long time collector. But the best part was the chapter about book collections that grow too large. I read parts of this out loud to my wife and we both laughed as it fit me to a "T". All the steps in the book I have gone through from over stacking shelves, double shelving, and finally boxing books until more space can be found, which never seems to happen. We are going through the process of moving this year and found boxes that were packed 8 years ago and never opened since. So this book does have good information and is worth reading especially if you are a collector or want to be one. ( )
