Now I can't wait to read 'Tuesday'

That was my very short review from June 17th, 2015.

So here is a little more about this book.

Very well written and flowed smooth and easy.
Very hot and steamy. Very erotic.
Great characters and I loved the MC's.
The other characters, especially the female mc's, were delightful and made me want to read more about them.
Convinced me that Mari Carr was an author I needed to read more of.

I loved it so much I bought the bundle of this series.
While I haven't finished the bundle I have read bk#2 in it.

I definitely recommend this series and this author to anyone who loves a well written adult story.
By 'adult' I mean ADULT!

I was really looking forward to reading this story, but I have to admit that despite the fun Irish element and clever title, I wasn't a horribly big fan of the extremely predictable story. It was sweet in some ways, but the sweetness was often undermined by the cliche nature of the story. It was an ok read for me, but not necessarily something I would recommend. ( )

Kiera Collins has been taking care of her family (Her Father, 6 brothers and sisters) ever since her mother pasted away. She is a beautiful young woman that hides in conservative clothing and ponytails. At 27 she is working at Pat’s Pub, the family’s pub and restaurant and has finally gone college to get a degree in business. After taking all general education classes, she finds herself in an English class with Professor Wallace. In her class she is frustrated with her continual grade of C on her papers. She finally works up the nerve to talk to her professor about why he keeps giving her such low grades. For someone who is usually outspoken she is not so with him. Kiera is wildly attracted to her professor and is a little intimated as well.
William Wallace (yes, that’s the characters’ real name!) is Kiera’s English professor and can’t seem to get her out of his mind. Will offers to help her rewrite all her English papers so that she can receive a higher grade. Kiera is the one student that he finds himself attracted to and he can’t believe that he has offered to tutor her alone! Once the semester is over Will tracks Kiera to her family’s pub and ask her for a date.
Will is dominant and brings her into his world and realizes that she is a perfect fit for him. Kiera struggles with giving up control and allowing someone else to be in charge, but when she does the rewards are so sweet. Will knows that she is the woman for him, know just has to make her believe it too.
I really liked this story; I only wish it was longer! I enjoyed seeing Kiera become her own person with a little push from Will. For so long she took care of her family while losing a little bit of herself in the process. She takes to the dominating aspects of her relationship with Will and learns that she can still be a strong woman while being with him. The scenes between them are HOT! I liked that he took it slow and explained to her what he wanted from the relationship. In addition Kiera and Will’s story it was great to read about the Collin’s clan. They are loud, funny and such a great part of the book. Through all the descriptions of the pub I truly felt that if I closed my eyes I was there. This looks like it’s going to be a great series!
